The Green Economy Partnership (GEP) is a Climate Tech and Compliance Project Originator. A Partnership between all involved stakeholders. Established in 2015 as a Dubai based initiative to leverage economies of scale to facilitate the maturity of carbon reductions technologies, its success and approach has lead GEP to become its own entity in 2022 and works in alignment with the Paris Agreement.

GEP builds and scales high-integrity carbon projects and supports governments in operationalising their Article 6 frameworks and overall environmental assets treasury. GEP generates host country-authorised credits, including Internationally Transferable Mitigation Outcomes (ITMOs) and CORSIA-aligned units, while ensuring that carbon finance reaches the people and ecosystems that foster socio-economic development for its people.

GEP only focuses on legislated environments, where 197 countries have ratified as a law the regulatory framework of its carbon emission reduction assets. In the operational phase, we work closely with our partners and other key stakeholders to ensure projected carbon emissions reductions are achieved and adjacent social benefits are realized.
